Milpitasโ Vice Mayorโs visit in the city serves as a testament towards the strong sister-city ties between the Milpitas and Dagupan which is now celebrating its 25th Year of Sister City Relations.

Fernandez, the members of the City Council and their staff for welcoming the City of Milpitas to their city.โ Milpitas Vice Mayor expressed through his official Facebook post who arrived here in the city on April 25th and joined the festivities during the Bangus Festival Gilon-Gilon ed Baley last Saturday and Bangus Rodeo earlier today.

Dagupan City Legal Officer, Atty. Aurora E. Valle together with the Dagupan LGU department heads and chiefs of the national government agencies in the city also joined Milpitas Vice Mayor Barbadillo during his official visit at the Dagupan City Hall.
On November 27, 2023, representatives from both cities signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) during Dagupanโs visit to Milpitas, USA to solidify their commitment to collaboration and cultural exchange.
