Fisher folks of Barangay Pugaro install four aggregating devices called payaos in the Lingayen Gulf, particularly along the area of Barangay Pugaro on July 12. The installation of six payaos is under the livelihood assistance program of the City Agriculture Office on order of Mayor Belen T.
