JOB TITLE:TECHNICAL SUPPORT and CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Responsible for answering and placing technical support calls and abide by the prescribed norms.
- Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
- Duly escalate issues as appropriate.
- Maintain high level of technical expertise, soft skills and phone etiquette skills.
- Aptly trained and updated in industry specific technology and in client’s processes.
- Provide technical support with the extensive technical ability.
- Respond to technical support queries and provide appropriate support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve specific customer’s issues with focus on First Call Resolution on Customer Computer Environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 18 years old
- Completed 2 years in college or equivalent
- High school graduate with at least 1 year BPO experience
- Above average English communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting/graveyard schedule
- Good computer usage and computer based multi-tasking skills
- In-depth knowledge in Operating Systems (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7/8, Mac, Android)
- Basic knowledge on Virus, Virus removal, computer security, switch and operate in safe mode, internet technology, ISP, dialer applications, email clients, browsers.
- Good customer and sales skills
