The city government under Mayor Belen T. Fernandez’es UnliSerbisyo Program in partnership with the University of Santo Tomas Medical Mission Incorporated conducts a two-day free circumcision on April 8-9 at the West Central 1 Elementary School for 1200 children and performed minor operations for 400 pre screened patients who have sebaceous cyst, warts, granuloma, papiloma, multiple epidermal cyst, baker’s cyst and lipoma.
