At least 85 candidate soldiers of the Philippine Marine Corps present themselves to Mayor Belen T. Fernandez after having been recruited as member of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and had undergone six-month rigorous training at the Dagupan City Naval Station in Bonuan Gueset.
